This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is between you and nVariant. By using nVariant.ai, you agree to these terms. "We," "us," and "our" refer to nVariant. "You" and "your" refer to you or your company.
Product Description
nVariant.ai is a cloud-based platform for creating interactive product demos. It includes a web-based demo builder, a Chrome extension for capturing screenshots, analytics, and tools to help you create engaging product walkthroughs.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use nVariant.ai for your internal business purposes. This license is valid during your subscription period.
Authorized Users
Only authorized users on your plan can access the platform. Each login is for one person only — no sharing accounts. If someone leaves your team, deactivate their account immediately.
Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the service
Use it to build a competing product
Remove any branding or proprietary notices
Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
Use the platform for anything illegal
Security
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, notify us immediately. We're not liable for losses due to compromised credentials.
Refund Policy
New subscriptions:
Users can claim a complete refund within 3 days of payment
Transaction costs are non-refundable
Refunds take up to 10 business days to process
Renewals:
No refunds for auto-renewals
No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
Free Trial
We may offer free trials. At the end of your trial, your account converts to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
Your Content
You own all demos, screenshots, and content you create on nVariant. We don't claim ownership of your stuff.
By uploading content, you give us permission to host and display it so the platform can work. You're responsible for making sure your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.
Shared Demos & Your Responsibilities
When you share a Demo, viewers may access it without creating an nVariant account. You are responsible for the content of your shared Demos.
nVariant collects analytics on shared Demos (view counts, device types, geographic location, engagement metrics) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that sharing a Demo does not violate any confidentiality agreements or obligations you have with third parties.
Responsibility for Your Data
You must ensure that your use of nVariant and all your data complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that:
You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to provide your data to nVariant
Your data does not violate any laws or rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
nVariant assumes no responsibility or liability for your data. You are solely responsible for your data and the consequences of using, storing, or transmitting it.
Indemnity for Your Data
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nVariant from any claims arising from your data, including claims that your data infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
Data & Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Your use of nVariant is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Cookies
We use cookies to improve your experience and for analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. We use tracking software (such as Google Analytics) to monitor visitor usage. No personal information is stored via cookies.

Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or data). Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Termination
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us. We can terminate your access for violations.
After termination, you'll have a short window to export your data before it's deleted.
