How sales teams use interactive demos
An interactive demo lets a prospect see the product between calls, share it with colleagues who were not in the meeting, and come back to it when they are ready. Sellers send a short tour before the first meeting, a link after discovery, or a link that opens on a specific step after a demo call.
Each link reports back. Sellers see when a prospect opened the demo, how many steps they viewed, where they stopped, whether they returned, and whether they clicked the call to action, so follow up responds to real behaviour instead of a calendar reminder.

How sales teams use it
1. Build the demo once
Record your best flow and add hotspots that tell the story without you in the room.
2. Send a trackable link
Drop it into the follow-up email. No attachment, no scheduling, no friction.
3. Follow up on signal
See who opened it and what they focused on, then reach out with the right message.
Where a demo fits in the deal
The same recording does three different jobs across a cycle, and each one leaves a signal you can act on.
Before the first call
Send a short walkthrough with the meeting invite. Prospects arrive knowing what the product does, so the call starts at their questions instead of your overview.
After the call
Follow up with a link that opens at the step they asked about. Add ?step=4 to the URL and they land there instead of scrolling to find it.
When the deal goes quiet
Returning viewers are recognised, with a visit number and replay count. A second look from a silent account is a reason to reach out that week.
Using demos across a sales cycle
Where a demo link does the most work between conversations.
1
Personalise the first screen
Replace the sample company name and logo in the editor so the prospect sees their own context.
Send the step they asked about
Add ?step=N so the link opens on the feature discussed on the call.
3
Follow up on the exit step
If a prospect stopped at pricing or permissions, open your next email with that topic.
4
Let the champion forward it
New viewers appear as separate sessions, which shows how widely the deal is being evaluated.
