All demo content is uploaded to and stored on our secure servers.

c. Billing Information

For paid accounts, we collect:

  • Payment card information

  • Billing address

  • Transaction history

Payment information is processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store complete credit card numbers.

d. Analytics on Shared Demos

When someone views a demo you've shared, we collect:

  • Number of views and view duration

  • Device type and browser information

  • Approximate geographic location (country/city)

  • Engagement metrics (clicks, completion rate, time per step)

  • Referral source

e. Usage and Technical Information

We automatically collect:

If you're part of a team workspace:

  • Team administrators can view demos created by team members

  • Workspace analytics may be visible to administrators

d. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or to:

  • Comply with legal obligations or court orders

  • Protect our rights, property, or safety

  • Prevent fraud or abuse

  • Enforce our Terms of Service

e. Business Transfers

If nVariant is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if this happens.

f. With Your Consent

4. Data Storage and Retention

All demo content is stored on our secure servers to enable full platform functionality including editing, sharing, and collaboration.

We retain your information:

  • While your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward

  • Demo content: Until you delete it or close your account

  • Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account closure (except data we're required to keep for legal/financial reasons)

  • Financial records: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes

You can delete individual demos or your entire account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)

  • Encryption of data at rest

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

Marketing Communications

  • Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any email

  • You'll still receive important account and security notifications

Demo Sharing

  • Control who can access your shared demos

  • Revoke access or delete shared demos anytime
